Delivery & Returns

Delivery


Products can be delivered worldwide but are subject to a charge depending of product size, weight and destination. Delivery prices will be quoted to the customer if requested for approval before being dispatched. Products will either be dispatched by courier, An Post or Royal Mail.

If part of an order is not in stock the customer will be contacted to confirm whether to ship an incomplete order or to wait until the full order is available.

Shipping times are all estimates and KGP Motorsport shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever due to failure by them to deliver the goods promptly or, if prevented by events beyond KGP Motorsport reasonable control.

Orders when In stock will be dispatched within 2 working days, delivery times will vary but within Ireland should take approximately 3 working days, UK deliveries approximately 5 working days and deliveries within Europe approximately 7 working days. These are all estimated delivery times.

Import/Export


For orders placed from within the EU, prices are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at a rate of 23%. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the EU or to tax-free areas such as the Channel Islands. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted. Please note that local tax and customs duty may apply. For full details please consult your local customs office.

Product Returns


Product(s) can be returned if they are deemed unsuitable. However there are some limitations as to what can be returned.


  • Items cannot be accepted if any of the products have been specially ordered for a customer or manufactured to a customer’s specification.
  • If products are being returned by post/courier, this should be arranged and paid for by the customer. Responsibility will not be accepted by KGP Motorsport for returned parcels which are damaged or undelivered. The customer should retain proof of postage should they need to file a claim with their carrier.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition they were sold in. Damaged or used goods cannot be accepted.
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging, if applicable.
  • Products must be returned within 90 days and meet the above criteria in order to secure a refund. It is felt this is a generous time frame.


Product Refunds


Product(s) that have been returned, and satisfy our returns policy, will be issued a refund through the same method as payment was received. This will be processed within 24hrs of the return.
