The sale of products and services by Kevin Gallagher T/A KGP Motorsport & KGP Engineering are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
[title size=”small” type=”simple”]Placing Orders[/title]
Products can be bought in store. However if a product is reserved for another customer KGP Motorsport reserve the right to refuse the sale.
Orders can be placed via email or on the telephone. These orders must be confirmed by KGP Motorsport.
If an order has been placed specially for a customer or a product manufactured to a customer’s specifications then these orders cannot be cancelled if the product has been shipped/manufactured.
The customer also has the right to cancel orders within 24hrs after placement of the order.
KGP Motorsport reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase prior to written confirmation or dispatch. Where goods ordered become unavailable, the price of goods varies or an error is made in the price, description or for some other reason, a full refund will be made to the customer, usually in the method it was made to KGP Motorsport.

Whilst we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case we’ll contact you before your order is shipped. Prices are subject to change at any time.
Prices are to be paid in € sterling, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment must be received before products will be dispatched or released.
[title size=”small” type=”simple”]Delivery[/title]
Products can be delivered worldwide but are subject to a charge depending of product size, weight and destination. Delivery prices will be quoted to the customer if requested for approval before being dispatched. Products will either be dispatched by courier, An Post or Royal Mail.
If part of an order is not in stock the customer will be contacted to confirm whether to ship an incomplete order or to wait until the full order is available.
Shipping times are all estimates and KGP Motorsport shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever due to failure by them to deliver the goods promptly or, if prevented by events beyond KGP Motorsport reasonable control.
Orders when In stock will be dispatched within 2 working days, delivery times will vary but within Ireland should take approximately 3 working days, UK deliveries approximately 5 working days and deliveries within Europe approximately 7 working days. These are all estimated delivery times.

For orders placed from within the EU, prices are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at a rate of 23%. VAT does not apply to orders that are to be shipped outside the EU or to tax-free areas such as the Channel Islands. These areas will be priced and billed with VAT deducted. Please note that local tax and customs duty may apply. For full details please consult your local customs office.

Product(s) can be returned if they are deemed unsuitable. However there are some limitations as to what can be returned.

Responsibility will not be accepted by KGP Motorsport for returned parcels which are damaged or undelivered. Product(s) that have been returned, and satisfy our returns policy, will be issued a refund through the same method as payment was received. This will be processed within 24hrs of the return.

KGP Motorsport will transfer to the customer any product warranties and indemnities authorised by the manufacturer. Outside of this KGP Motorsport do not offer any other warranty system. All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to terms contained therein. Customers are reminded to complete and return all warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate.

KGP Motorsport is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations for any accepted order or for delays in delivery due to causes beyond its reasonable control, (for example: acts of God, acts or omissions of the Customer, man-made or natural disasters, epidemic medical crises, materials shortages, strikes, acts of terrorism, delays in transportation, or inability to obtain labour or materials through its regular sources).

KGP Motorsport cannot accept responsibility for products which are used in a manner different to that of manufacturers’ instructions or general product misuse. Damage to the product, personal injury or loss of life, etc. as a result of misuse is not KGP Motorsport responsibility. Misused items will not be accepted for return. KGP Motorsport will not accept liability for products which are modified.
Competition goods are supplied for specialist use and are subject to extreme heat and stress whilst in use. Competition use can involve exceptional and unpredictable loadings. Life expectancy and durability are greatly reduced and purchasers should note that any claim for failure/wear, shall not be entertained by KGP Motorsport. It is acknowledged by the customer of such goods that the foregoing statement shall be a relevant and important issue in any claim brought against KGP Motorsport. Customers should also note, parts connected to parts supplied by KGP Motorsport may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and customers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers may also limit guarantees when components are installed for competition use.

Any photographs, samples, drawings, descriptions or advertising we issue, and any colours, images or illustrations, are offered solely to provide you with an approximate idea of the goods they describe. They do not form part of the contract between you and us for the sale of the goods. KGP Motorsport recommends customers validate any product information before using or acting on such information. All product information is subject to change without notice. KGP Motorsport is not responsible for typographical or other errors or omissions in product information.
